e-ReproNim FENS NENS Cluster Brainhack, 19-21/06/23

Please note this page will constantly be updated as projects are proposed, and the schedule is refined. Please come back to it regularly. In doubt, ask a question in #general (after joining our Discord group).

The brainhack is a joint event between the MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, the BSc/MSc in Cognitive Science at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in Poland, and the Neuroscience postgraduate programmes in the Swiss Lemanic region, including the MSc in Neurosciences at the University of Geneva, the EPFL PhD Program in Neuroscience (EDNE) and the Lemanic Neuroscience Doctoral School (LNDS) in Switzerland. See the Project’s section for more information.

The brainhack is a hackathon with a theme around reproducibility. You can propose your own project here, e.g. selecting a research article you found interesting to reproduce (with already enough open data and code to start with preferably !) or directly choose proposed projects which will be displayed on this page. To register, please see at the bottom of this page.

Each location accommodates hybrid participation, and will have made plans for lunch, etc and send you their own registration form. Please look at the Schedule section below for some information, and ask your local organiser if you need help. You will be able to choose your project on the first day, and each team will work on their project during the next two days. A final project presentation will take place on the last day.

Everything else happens on the e-ReproNim discord, including talks, general talks for everyone in the #general voice channel, and focused discussions for each project. Each project has a dedicated channel, and can use the repro.school Github account to host repositories. See the Projects section for details.
